Steve Loeffler is the Tennis Director at Maccabi Tennis White City. Steve spent several years playing tennis professionally in Europe and participating in European Team Tennis. Following his tennis career Steve achieved a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Human Movement and personal training certification. Steve is a Tennis Australia Qualified Level 2 Coach who has owned and managed tennis centres since 1997 throughout NSW and Sydney.


Originally from the US, Jeff played High School and University Team tennis. Graduating from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with concentration in Sales Leadership he then moved into tennis coaching. In 2010 he coached the Cadillac Girls Varsity Tennis team to win the Regional Championship Title.  Jeff has been a part of the Maccabi Team since 2010.


Piotr is a 3 time Polish State Doubles Champion. Piotr has been with Maccabi Tennis since 2009 and boasts an impressive coaching resume which also includes a role as SBS RADIO reporter during WTA & ATP Sydney International and the Australian Open.


Daniel has studied with Peter McCraw (former developmental coach to Maria Sharapova – IMG Bollettieri Academy) and has spent time at the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Florida to improve his coaching skill set. He is also the Junior Development Co-ordinator at Maccabi Tennis overseeing the junior program to ensure we develop smart, physically literate and competitive young tennis players on the court.

Daniels also has roles with Tennis Australia as a member of the Tennis Sydney Commitee and the NSW Local Advisory Group.


Emeric has been coaching professionally for 7 years following a successful Junior tennis career that included finalist positions at the State Under 14's and 16's French Championships. His coaching roles have also involved stints as hitting partner for Lucie Hradecka in 2009 and Amelie Mauresmo in 2007. 

In addition to his coaching role Emeric also does a lot of racquet stringing at Maccabi Tennis and uses his experience of working with the world's best when he was the Official stringer of ITF $100K in Biarritz, France.


Filippo is a former player from Italy who was the Number 1 ranked player in his region as a Junior. He went on to play the ITF futures circuit before moving into coaching in 2006. In 2011-2012 Filippo worked with several high ranked professional players as a hitting partner travelling with Annalisa Bona (235 WTA high ranking), Alessandro Giannessi (126 ATP high ranking), Gianluca Naso (175 ATP high ranking) and Enrico Wellenfeld (814 ATP high ranking). 

Filippo has been with Maccabi Tennis since 2013.


Lucy is a former junior international representing Great Britain throughout her junior career participating in Junior Wimbledon from 1995-1997. With a Junior ITF ranking in the top 150 and a WTA ranking in the top 700, she had notable wins over WTA Number 16 Iroda Tulyaganova, and WTA Number 49 Elena Baltacha.

Lucy participated on the US College system on a NCAA Division 1 Tennis Scholarship at Tulane University (Ranked top 10).

For the past 5 years Lucy has been a part of the Sydney Badge Womens Premier League Champion.


Marika had a very successful Junior tennis career that included National Championship titles in the Under 16, 18 and Open categories. She was Polish Champion in doubles in U18 2007-2008. 

Having recently completed her University degree  at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities- Psychology of Business, 2010-2015 she has been coaching at Maccabi Tennis since 2015.


Pawel represented his region as a Polish Junior before attending Warsaw Academy of Physical Education and moving into Tennis Coaching. Pawel has been with Maccabi Tennis since 2014.
